  Dr Sadaf Sadaf is dedicated medical health professional graduated from Kabul University with 8 years of experience in strengthening healthcare systems, delivering medical services, and driving policy reforms. She worked in some of the most challenging humanitarian settings, collaborating with national and international organizations to improve healthcare access for vulnerable communities.

She has been deeply rooted in underserved regions across western and northern Afghanistan, where she led efforts to enhance healthcare infrastructure, implement life-saving interventions, and advocate for equitable health policies. She has been firsthand the urgent need for sustainable solutions, and committed to bridging these gaps through evidence-based strategies and community-driven initiatives.

As an active board member, she provide strategic leadership, ensuring strong governance and impactful decision-making to advance the organization goals. She remain steadfast in mission to create lasting change—transforming changes for empowering communities, and shaping the future for Afghan women.

  Farhadullah Qazizada is a dedicated humanitarian and development professional with a Master’s in Project Management from Peshawar, Pakistan, and over 12 years of experience. Specializing in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), program implementation, and partnership management, he has worked extensively in Afghanistan’s complex humanitarian context, particularly in emergency and conflict-affected areas.
As the Director of the Sustainable Organization for Livelihood and Humanitarian Assistance (SOLHA), he leads programs in Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL), Education, Nutrition, MHPSS, WASH, Protection, and Gender Empowerment, ensuring comprehensive support for vulnerable communities.
Qazizada has collaborated with national and international organizations to strengthen healthcare, livelihoods, and gender equality in conflict-affected regions. His strategic leadership focuses on sustainable interventions, community-driven solutions, and bridging the gap between immediate relief and long-term recovery. Committed to empowering marginalized groups, he continues to work toward a more resilient and self-sufficient Afghanistan.

  Abdulbasir Majboor is a seasoned humanitarian and policy expert with over ten years of experience in humanitarian strategy, policy development, and localization in fragile contexts. As a Board Member for the Organization for Livelihood and Humanitarian Assistance (SOLHA), he brings strategic leadership, governance expertise, and policy oversight to guide the organization’s mission and impact.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Pashto Literature, Abdulbasir has played a key role in shaping inclusive policies and governance frameworks that enhance humanitarian response and community resilience. His expertise extends to education policy, gender protection, and social inclusion, ensuring equitable access to essential services and sustainable development solutions.

Beyond education, Abdulbasir has led community mobilization, organizational capacity-building, and policy advocacy efforts. He has been actively involved in transparency initiatives, ethical governance, and institutional accountability, reinforcing organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and policy-driven decision-making.

As a Board Member of SOLHA, Abdulbasir provides high-level strategic guidance, oversight of governance frameworks, and advocacy for impactful, community-driven solutions. His strong foundation in problem-solving, risk management, and cross-sector collaboration positions him as a key asset in advancing SOLHA’s vision, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring sustainable humanitarian outcomes.
